SRT8 Grill won't fit R/T Magnum

So I learned my lesson the hard way.:boohoo:
I ordered a "black honey comb" SRT8 front grill for my magnum in hopes of replacing the stock silver slat R/T grill. Only to find out that it will not fit. The R/T grill is a two piece (left & right) while the SRT is one single piece. It just goes to show you why you should never assume anything. Like I said before, I learned my lesson the hard way and now search for info/forums before guessing my way thru my mods. I hope this info can help someone else.

Yeah, that's one of those you end up learning the hard way, as you say... not sure why they made them different - the Chargers are all interchangeable.

Have you looked at what NC-SXT makes? www.dodgemagnumgrill.com He has the SRT style honeycomb for the R/Ts.

Dennis' products are great quality and he is great with customer service too. I would highly recommend his SRT-8 style grill. I have the upper and lower grills and could not be happier with them.

Yeah learning the hard way sucks but you should be able to return it right? I paid CRAZY money for the OEM SRT Kicker sub and was floooooored when it sucked. If I would have only done my research

I was able to return it though.

Ah, man - that sucks! I got my SRT grill from our bro www.DodgeMagnumGrille.com and it fit like a glove! Sorry to hear your pain. Now you know where to go before buying eh?!

I bought the srt8 honeycomb grille from Dennis(NC-SXT) and I gotta tell you that it is top notch. The fit and finish is great and the instructions for installation were very informative. One of the best mods for me.

Look closely and you can see that I added the lower honeycombs to really tie in the grille.
