Edit: I read your post wrong. A wide tire that fits a 19" diameter wheel. My bad. LOL

345/30/19 is the widest that I can find, right now.

I think those are what I have right now...haven't seen them but a couple of times but I think that is them. I want to try and get some big arse fat tire back there so I don;t have to throw away the CCW wheels I haven't used yet :doh:

 

345/30-19 Viper tires are your best bet for performance rubber. some get slightly wider but the soft compounds are not found as readily without a race car or production car to match the size.

funny enough, You can leave a track tire on the car for less money than a street tire. Hoosier A6 and R6 tires come in that size and cost a few hundred less than the pilot sport cups. The two lil lines of tread are actually street legal and since you car will never see rain, it could be a nice combo.

Look into running a 345/35/19 instead of the 30 series, my roommate has this tire on his truck and it is 28.5 inches tall instead of the 30 series 27" tall. Would fill the wheel wells of an LX much better. It is definitely the widest tire you can get in a 19" wheel..
