I've been following Junkyard Dave's Charger conversion for quite a while.
Many of his videos are painful to watch because often times he's just fumbling about. Sometimes bordering on incompetent (as evidenced by an early video in the series where he unsafely hoisted his magnum only to have it fall off the hoist). But every now and then interesting.
This sort of conversion could be done in a few months by a custom shop with a donor car (or two) in decent shape.
That said, the exterior looks pretty awesome.
