Inner Tie Rod Torque

Can't find the spec, anyone know what torque should be for the inner tie rod - 05 RT

I tightened mine as much as I could and left it at that.

I don't have access to my service manual right now to confirm this, but I think it's something like 70 ft/lbs.

That being said, when I did mine I didn't have a proper wrench to fit over the inner tie rods and get a torque wrench on them. I just torqued them to 70'ish ft/lbs as felt by my personal arm-torquemeter.

I changed mine out recently as well. The service manual doesn't have anything on the innner tie rod because it's not supposed to be serviced as its own part, it's considered a part of the whole steering rack. I did what everyone else here said, tightened it till it wouldn't tighten anymore. I've gone back to check it since the install and its still on there nice and tight.

Now that you mention it, I didn't use the service manual - the instructions were included with the new parts (Mopar OEM replacements) on a couple of folded up sheets of 8 1/2 x 11".
