where you going/ am in germany.. and i have the standard EU plates on my charger,, what i did i got some metal plates bend them and make it fit to the EU plates holder, and i also bought LED ligths for the nite,, it looks ok so far,..

 

I'm going to Bulgaria, and the standard plate is way to wide. I went on mobile.de and searched for chargers for sale to see pics of how the plates are fitted. The majority are bent at both ends and look terrible. The only ones that fit properly, were in Germany - it looks like you are offered a choice of custom sizes when you order your plates and one of those sizes fits perfectly in the space on the Charger. Unfortunately, it looks like the rest of the countries in the EU don't have this smaller size.

Hey that's not too bad! I'll look into something like that also. I don't know how it is in Germany, but in Bulgaria we get our rear plates riveted to the bumper (that's the law), which might pose a problem when using a stand-off... Thanks for the nice pic - now I know what it'll look like!

 

In Germany you can get smaller license plate for US Cars ! possibly you can ask for a license plate for bike that fits in the space??? this should be possible in Bulgaria
