Have you checked with FECU? I got mine for $1800 / 3 year/36K (no deductible)on top of the factory warranty.

/\My '06 MSRT did. If i didn't have that warranty i would have been paying alot of money out of pocket just for the labor alone....

IMO for the money everyone has put into there cars here....$1000 isnt alot.

Well sure, it's an odds game... but I think if you polled our members you would find that your experience is the exception and not the rule. We're a two LX family and in almost 100k miles combined we've shelled out only $300 for repair - and that was for a set of rotors and pads which probably would not have been covered under warranty anyway...

I have 2 Magnums myself and both cars i bought a little extra coverage...............you just never know?

He usually has a lot of green beans because he whores for them.
My guess, based on his bean count now, would be that not everybody likes him...

....and no this is not 36 posing as his wife! All of you are way to involved in a car forum and way to caught up in what my husband says and does. Try taking a look at yourselves and then we can talk. 36 may have been a bean whore but he is very well liked out here in Southern Cali. To ban him from the forum and take all his green beans away and give him all red beans just because someones feelings are hurt is the most childish thing you could have done. Threatening to ban me too? I just might curl up in a corner and cry! Seriously you are all grown men fighting like a bunch of 5 year olds, give me a break!

Who threatened to ban you? Most likely you were warned to not let 36 post from you account; a practice he's well known for.
Oh and since I was the subject of 36's abuses, I'm all too aware of why he's banned (the Staff explained it here). I found your 'childish' remark quite humorous. Thanks for the laugh. :beerchug:

WOW... where did this thread go wrong... I was thinking about purchasing an extended warranty for my 06 Mag SRT too. LIVE AND LEARN... My wife has an 06 SXT, 19,400 miles but time has run out... we just found out, due to a short in the rear fuse box... her car is NOT worth fixing. Dealer recommended replacing front & rear fuse boxes, complete wiring harness and all PCM, I think they said... at a cost of minimal $3600~~~ with ~~~ no guarantee this would fix the problem... Guess her car is "TOAST"... WHAT A SHAME! I cannot buy one for her's now... but was surely thinking about one for mine. Dealer quoted me around $1600 for 6 year, 60K miles. Sounds pretty good to me... still thinking on it! Opinions????
