Sales rep says they received smaller pulleys, sends invoice, give card info for 2.5. great.
Email to confirm, no answer, email 3 more times thru the week, no answer from sales rep.
Called today and he will not come to phone, relays thru Secretary that they don't have the pulley, there're on order.
Now why would he tell me they have them and invoice me? Seems someone else they thought was more important got it, don't know, but pretty $hitty customer service.
Sales manager will not come to phone either. How about that.
