Which exhaust system is the best for the 5.7 as far as performance first then sound between the Magnaflow, Borla, Corsa, Bassani?

But i will say to me the Bassani sounds better then Magnaflow but quality idk. Thats why i put it at the bottom.

I have not heard SLP on an LX but have had their systems on a bunch of F-Bodies & Siverados and can say they have hands down the best sounding and fitting systems out there. Check them out.

magnaflows oxidize pretty badly... other than that no problems from mine, except they get a weird sounding drone when mds cuts in. so i turned off the mds with the preadtor and now it sounds a lot better, but i am removing the magnaflows for a set of flowmasters

My borla 125 is quite mellow to me, if i can go back i would go for a more raspy exhaust. But the 125 tips are insanely huge

I really like my Borla. After 150,000 miles, no leaks, no drone and after a Sidewinder cam and cats delete the sound really woke up, an evil snarl, like a pissed off wildcat.

I'd go with a blastin bob's kit and save the 600-800 dollars for another mod. If you are unhappy with it you can always sell it for a small hit, and then upgrade to something else. With weather it's tough now but if you are able to hear one of those exhausts in person that will really help you out. What sounds good on youtube might not sound good to you in person.

Yup thats whats on my Charger

I had the origional SLP Loudmouth on my 95 Z28 and that sounded amazing. I loved down shifting in downtown areas or under overpasses and hearing that snarl reflect back in the car. My wife even loved the sound, the neighbors not so much.

A LM would be too much for my 16 month to handle right now, but would love to have it.

She goes to sleep more now in the car then when the stock exhaust was on it.
