I'm looking at getting another set of wheels but finding what I want, seems to be really, really tough. Especially if I want to stick to 20's and a five spoke design! I was set on Foose Nitrous or Nitrous II's, but neither will clear the front Brembo. Crap!

So I need help! (Besides the kind my wife claims I need.)

Here's what I'm looking at so far, but I'm not sure that even the 20's work on these. Might be 22's.

From MHT:

Foose Speedster

Cragar (does it fit?)

Platinum Sweetness (Fit?)

Platinum Twin Twist (Fit?)

Platinum Warlord (Fit?)

I'm still digging... and narrowing down, but who knows what actually fits. Every time I ask about a wheel, nope, not for the SRT8!

i went with the dub dirty dogs. it's not an srt8 mag, but they fit my rt well. correct offset so no spacers needed. here's where i got them from.

i would call them and compare prices. ask for andrew. he helped me quite a bit. very good prices also. pm me about it if you want.

Thanks, I like the Dirty Dogs... But I'm stuck on the Nitrous and thanks to Ernie's great work, we know they fit with spacers on the front. And not thick ones, so no worries. Wish I could get them from him, but just not practical due to the way things worked out. (Damn border!)

Give me a couple of weeks... This is the photochop. Those aren't SRT brakes!

Ernie, I would, but it was a rush trade deal... Of course, with the involvement of another supporting vendor! But I really appreciate you trying it and posting it. I've been cruising your site trying to see if there's something else I can help you with! Everything you touch is awesome!

Every time I look at Token's engine cover, I'm reminded of that. What's really funny, is your work, makes people walk right by the SRTs! We had a 300, Magnum, Charger with Token's in the middle of them, all hoods open, they see your cover and that's the car they look at!!! Just awesome work!

Hey Jaak,

Let me know if you need longer studs, that is if you go with spacers. I did a lot of research on longer studs for my RT and I am currently using them. I am running 5mm spacers on my front and 3mm on the rear. I also had to run spacers on the front of another RT to run SRT wheels. They work great. We will have to see if the RT and SRT studs are the same, though. I am looking forword to see what you come up with for your new wheels. Cool stuff!

Cheers...MAGFX

Hey thanks! I haven't looked to see if I need them, as I don't have the wheels yet. I'm actually hoping I won't if you say you needed them for the SRT wheels!

I actually went through a bit of hell there, as I really like the SRT wheels, and nothing I liked would fit (I was told)... So I started searching and digging and must have looked at over a 1,000 rims. Got a couple of promises of new wheels coming, but just couldn't make it happen. Then I saw where Ernie tried the Nitrous on the SRT... Yeah baby!

While it won't be the MagFX Magnum by a long stretch, I did go a little staggered... :)

I don't think that the SRT wheels were any thicker (at the mounting plate). I needed a spacer on the RT for the SRT wheels because of the closeness of the wheel to the front upright. It should have longer studs for this, though.

You rock Jaak.............or at least you will with a bit of a shot! Naw, you rock anyway. Cheers.

Yes, I totally agree, it's one of the reasons I drooled all over my feet, looking at it in the showroom. I absolutely love them.

I had two sets... I've always liked the Foose Nitrous as well. One set was urgently needed, so I made the offer of a trade.

Believe it or not, the Foose Nitrous will be the "beater" set as I want to keep my MSRT rim's in great shape. (I plan on keeping this car a long time.)

I also have winter wheels, so neither will see the crap in winter.

See, I'm not crazy!

Well, it's not done yet, but here's what I've been considering....

Adam at Eastway has these 18's on offer... With tires and sensors. I have to look up which tires, but they're good ones. At this point, you may as well just ask him! Hemiwagn went for this for the Charger.

If I got them, I'd likely powdercoat them, except for the rim.

But I have a set of Pirelli Ice and Snows in 20's, that I'd like to continue to use. I believe availability of snows in 20's will increase by the time I wear these out, so I was actually thinking these...

Or something similar, if it fits and is inexpensive. I see these for $189 US and asked Adam if he could get them, but they're built only for one company.

So I'll make up my mind soon... I've got the specs from Adam, in my email somewhere!

Here's what Adam said... The Tires, I've already forgotten! That was a phone conversation.

Here's what I know, from the box….. 18x7.5 offset +20mm bore dia 71.5mm that's it.. next srt that we have in I'll throw them on to test fit…. Bear in mind that my rim guy says he used these last year on an srt8 for his winter packages…
And the test fit...
