Hey, I'm cheap like that. The good side to it is I paid off my house in 4 years.

What I did to my 300 today is try to drive it. It let me down again. Battery too flat to crank. That in spite of having a 1.8 watt solar battery minder on it. Either the minder is crap, or the car draws more than half a watt all the time.

In a little while I'll take a different car and the battery to Napa.

The pink thingy - park lock out mechanism - finally broke on my 2006 300c SRT8.

This "project" has been so long in the making I had to lookup when I bought this... I got the Billet Technology aluminum replacement part in 2012, so I have been driving around with it in my center console for 8 years! Luckily it broke in my garage and replacement wasn't a huge hassle, and my procrastination didn't make too much trouble for me.
I have a BT one laying around somewhere too, got it from a seller on these forums several years ago. I should probably just replace it, I'm not lucky enough for it to break in my garage lol

New to me Borla exhaust. Came with free rubber courtesy of the previous owner.

Not sure which one it actually is, but the previous owner put atleast 1000hp through it. Gave it to me for practically nothing, didn't need it on his new build.

Door pillars needed some much needed love. Thought about having them painted than figured there's no point plus with the virus going on. Grabbed a piece of left over vinyl I had laying around. Cheap yet effective. Now to get some more ordered.

I'll probably wind up doing that to mine eventually...

Put my front SRT8 seats and black console lid into my 06 Magnum R/T. Nicest car seats I've ever sat it! The rear seats will be getting modified to fit soon (they're out of a 300).

If you ever need any leather touch up, this place sells a perfect color match, for the dark slate grey SRT leather seats:

Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth Leather Interior Dye Interior Color Chart

Number 7330.

I bought some for my 06 SRT Charger and it worked great!

Fuel pump crapped out on me last Friday. Towed the car home, ordered one and replaced it in my driveway on Tuesday. Hardest part was getting that damn retainer ring off and then back on. I should've replaced the pump earlier as part of preventative maintenance. Lucky I was only about 3km from home when it decided to crap out.

Nice, I did mine in gloss black and it's okay but the glossiness really shows the imperfections in my rookie wrap job, plus it almost has a fisheye effect.

I like the more matte finish you did, care to share what you used?

Today was spark plugs and compression check. A couple cylinders getting a little tired at 175k on the odometer, but still running strong. Time to see what I want to do for my next engine.

Drove it around a bit today to keep the battery charged.

FedEx dropped off 2 new fuel pumps and a bunch of other things I needed. Hoping to put the pumps in on Wednesday. Also got new door handles, wipers blades, coil boots, caliper pins. O2 sensors for a long tube install. And a full head gasket kit + bolts, in case the Lt installation just gets ****ed and the heads gotta come off.

Have yet to figure out my random misfire issue, but I'll practically have a new car by the time I do. Still pulls great till it decides to sound like fireworks going off in the exhaust. Based on the sounds fuel pump is making, I'm thinking the filter in the aux pump is probably done. Just gonna replace them both while I'm in there.

I sold my 300 and bought a more family friendly vehicle. I definitely have mixed feelings but I needed something newer and more efficient after having a baby girl recently. I lost interest in the track a few years back and driving to work at 13mpg wasnt very fun.

The recent purchase of my wife's Lexus NX200t turned me on to the current gen Lexus vehicles and to my own shock, I bought the 4cyl turbo edition (GS 200t) to stay within budget for a cash purchase.

I've got some leftover parts I will be selling soon including 2 wheels, tcm, and an REC radio.

It's been fun modding these past 8 years and I couldn't have done it without this community. The car is already up for sale if anyone wants to continue the fun. I guess the Lexus dealer liked it enough to keep it on the lot.

Whoa wait what? Huge congrats on the baby girl, my baby girl is actually why I bought my previous Magnum. I needed something more efficient and family friendly that my 4Runner trail rig. Nice car man, but this place won't be the same without you.

Thanks! As you can see I am still on here helping where I can.

I already tuned and put some Michelin PS4S on the GS, it's a great handling car and I dont miss the power all that much. Fuel economy is literally double fron 13mpg to 26mpg so that helps!
