Got her all painted finally, it's shinier now cause I clear coated it after these pics, but you get the basic color idea. It's gonna get chrome door handles and the chrome grille cause I'm lazy and didn't want to sand or paint those tiny, intricate parts. Probably gonna put it back together soon (tomorrow if the clear dries in time). It'll stay debadged entirely, and if you look, I actually filled in the front ram horn badge so it's smooth. 1st Gen Lx had the indention where it sat. I've had to do a lot to this body wise so this has taken a long time overall. Glad to finally share my work.

Took her for an alignment, forgot to take a pic and post the 9th. First one after the front suspension replacement and all the work. Got compliments from everyone in the dealer service bay.

Apparently something is "wrong or out of spec" with the RR and was uncorrectable but apparently not a big deal either, according to the service manager there.

"reconditioned" my valve body over the past few days. Car hadn't been shifting well and limping without a code...weird but in stead of throwing a (whole) bunch of money at it, I replaced the high milage (132k on the trans) conductor plate and took the shift plate apart and cleaned it all up. Couldn't tell if it was a lot of air or water in the plate, when I took off the shift valve covers it looked funny.

Watched a video on how to put it back together to be sure along with the manual and put it back in... Gotta wait till tomorrow to drown it in new Mopar ATF cause Amazon is slow then we'll test it out

Scanned my codes, retrieved a c2204 dynamic sensor code. Cool. Take console apart, start looking around, find this.

Well, the sensor is there. But there is a group of 4 wires I identical to the sensor wires that are cut off. Any idea what's going on there?

I'm going to replace the sensor, but I'm curious as to what connector was cut off in that location. Never known mopar to cut wires like that, they usually just leave the unused connectors hanging around.

Lmk what you guys think... and yes, this is the first time I've pulled the console and will clean that disgusting mess.

Yeah no that's not right, I have that exact same wiring setup. Mine isn't cut, so someone else was under there doing something for some reason

I'd repair the harness and see what happens

I imagine they cut it so they didn't have to take off the whole armrest area instead of unplugging, wonder why they did that
