I have a Exclamation mark inside of a circle thing that pops up on my dash from time to time..any clue what this can be? I'm really getting fed up with this car, I have had it a year and have a list of problems. Could this have something to do with the rotors possibly being warped? I told you all about the violent shaking I get when trying to slow down at times.

1.The inside of the windows always have ice on them when I get in.
2.The a/c controls don't seem to work.
3.I think the rotors are warped.
4.The suspension squeaks.
5.Condensation in the headlights

Thinking the light could be the Ebrake not fully released.. My foot catches mine now and then getting in .. Not enough to brake but enough to trip the switch for it..

You said from time to time, does it blink when it comes on and does it come on every 10 minutes or so?

Or does it just come on and it stays on (no blinking) while you drive?

If it blinks, you might need a new TPMS. It might mean the car is not picking up the sensor.

If it comes on and stays on, then you might need air in your tires.

I started my car up, the light came on (you know how all the lights flash when the car first starts) went off, then on my EVIC it said "Oil change required" and then the exclamation park popped back on right at that point. Dad says that a Oil Change isn't really required at this point and that the dealership just has it set up to where it says that too early. Could the computer thinking its time for an oil change be triggering the light?

Also if your rotors are warped try the Zechausen "Brake Bedding Technique" at zechausenracing.com . My early build 05 Magnum warped the rotors when it had 6,000 miles, did the bedding procedure and they lasted 135,000 miles. They are Bosch , Mercedes Benz rotors made in Germany.

So you 'bedded' new rotors or the ones that were warped?

(I know, silly question)

Frankie, buddy, you've gotta get a manual so you know what you've got there.

I thought your original post was describing the parking brake engaged light, like Zoban thought (the red exclamation in a red circle). I hit the top of my pk brake pedal getting in the car from time to time, too.

As for the oil change light, in my experience the computer is watching how your specific car is driven and will determine when an oil change is required based on that. I've seen it go 8,000 miles between changes on a vehicle that was mostly highway driven, so I figure it's pretty accurate in a round about way. I'd get the oil changed.

Did you experience the weird shaking? And from what the dealer told us the oil change is based simply on a certain amount of miles.

For the shaking, try bedding in the brakes and also check the torque on your lug nuts.
I don't get the light you are since I don't have TPMS.
Oil changes every 3,000 miles unless it's synthetic. Are you keeping track?

Could this exclamation mark due to a needed oil change? I'll check my tire pressure later.

Just had this same problem. Just means you need more air in your tires.
