Mine just came in the mail today. 2 1/4", heck I measured and it looks closer to 2". I am pretty pissed right now. I can't find a single description on line where they state the tube diameter for the 5.7 kit. I assumed it would atleast be the same not smaller?!

I just went over it with a caliper, and it is 2 1/4 everywhere, so it shouldn't be bad. This system actually looks identical to the Borla 112 system. Same straight through design. I'm very hesitant to put a smaller system on my car, but the Zoomers are also 2 1/4", and guys are getting very good results with them, so I see no reason these should be any different (fingers crossed).

I hear you. Between the cost of shipping back and restocking fees it is not worth sending back anyway. I was thinking of possibly just using the mufflers/resonators with the factory 2 1/2 pipe.

The factory pipe is 2 1/4 also.......

And in the end - the size of the pipe wouldn't be the restriction, the mufflers would be. A 2.25" pipe will flow just fine with a 500 hp car.

wow, went up in cost by around $200...almost as much as the borla's now.
