My fuel pump is only providing 38-40 lbs at WOT. will a hellcat fuel pump work in my car?

That’s your issue then. Injector duty cycle will go up when the pump runs out of steam.
Your fuel pressure should be at least base pressure + intake pressure.

I'm running an AEM 50-1000 fuel pump. Works just fine with my procharger at 10PSI. Think I paid $100-120.
Just looked. $95 with amazon prime.

Not to pick on the OP, but I'd lay odds your pump didn't come from Amazon and cost you more than $100.

I get cutting corners on build costs, but the fuel system isn't where you want to skimp.

I'm running an SRT Pump, Injectors, and Pulley supplied with the Edelbrock 2300 E Force up to 7psi at times no issues.. 6.5 psi summer, 7.0psi winter. The tune is not the Edelbrock supplied.
Edit in my injectors are 53.7lb/hr

Tuner said I have plenty of pump (arrington drop in)and (Demon)injectors. Torqstorm with an arrington 85 mm tb and borla atak cat back. my afr is between 14 and 15

Are you talking about me?
100% my pump came from Amazon. Back in 2016 and it's still going strong.
Full disclosure, I am running Deatsch 60lb injectors also. Car has been running great for 6 years now.
