That Hemi Rumble!

I’m looking at changing my exhaust system and looking into a Cat-back. In my last Scat I had a mid-muffler delete; and it sounded amazing! I’ve seen everything from Borla, MBRP, AWE, Corsa, etc.
I’m not sure aside from sound, which one offers the best of both sound and performance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You won't get much, if any, in performance gains from a cat-back exhaust since the stock system flows so well already.
It's only the sound that'll change....so pick the best sounding one to you
My old Scat I had custom H pipe, Black Widow Race Venom 3” and stock resonators.
It was perfect. Deep, throaty and still hid the MDS. No drone.

I've had Corsa on 2 of mine. The first was the Sport, quiet until you opened it up. The second had the Extreme, louder at idle and part throttle, but not objectionable, let everyone know you were there when opened up.

I would suggest a mid muffler replace with the vibrant stainless steel resonators (bullets) also I did khaos motorsports active exhaust Delete. So valves are always wide open o I also got carven 5 inch tips . All my friends think I have expensive exhaust. But I don’t.

This set up is fairly cheap and sounds great.

I think you answered your own question. Go with what you liked before. Another catback system on a 2015 and up will not add any performance. If it is a Scat, you have one of the best catbacks on the market. 2 3/4 inch piping
