Only half of this country voted for Obama, but that's all I ever hear!! Every TV station, newspaper, radio station, etc, is transfixed by this guy!!! I AM SO SICK OF THE HYPE!!!!!
Get over it!! Don't get me wrong: I'm proud to have a black President, if that is what this is TRUELY about. However, Thomas, Rice, Powel, and several others, are far more impressive then Obama will ever be.

Me too, not because of the next Pres, but the streaming is driving me nuts on campus, its taken down our connection twice! Black, White didn't matter to me. But like most elections, it was better than the alternative ( Man I hate having a a 2 choice election) Take a deep breath and remember today is no different than any other day, just because there is a new master doesn't mean the chores no longer have to be done.

Ignoring all personal opinions, this day shut down the campus this morning and pushed the inauguration like crazy. I have had it online to listen to whilst I surf the net otherwise. And an Impressive waste of 170 million dollars for the 44th president, there are better ways to spend that money it would seem.
