Well, my roof rattles more now in the vent position that it did before the TSB fix. Now it is more towards the front of the glass. Any thoughts?

maybe they missed one of the bolts and left it loose. take it back.

Update, They are replacing my entire moon roof assembly?!
How long does this take!
We are going on 3 days with my car when you include the trans leak fix.

replacing the sunroof frame assembly is quite a lenghty job. the headliner has to come down. lots of trim needs to be removed. if they start on it early, it should be done by the end of the day.

No such luck. The new unit shipped had broken "tabs" so. I picked her up and they will call me when the new comes in.:doh:
