Are the silver steering wheel inserts removable?

There was a post about two weeks ago where someone pulled them and color matched them. If I remember you just have to use a small screwdriver from the top and bottom and pry inwards and they will come right out.

It be me haha, here is the pic of the socket that's there when they inserts are removed. Screwdriver on the outer edges of the wheel. the inner are placed under the horn/airbag cover. Dont forget to put the inner side in first, its a bear to pull the cover over it once they are in.
