Just had my slotted rotors installed today and was surprised that all 4 rotors are right side rotors. I sell rotors, both sloted and drilled, at my shop. Whether I sell Brembo, Power Slot or Baer, I order the customer right front and left front, same for the rears. I was surprised when the tech showed me that the 2 front rotors are the same number, and the slots were identical on both, same for the rears. So the grooves on the passenger side of my car are facing in the proper direction, and the driverside slots face the wrong way. Does Chrysler know something about dirctional slots than Brembo and Power Slot don't? These grooves are machined in a direction to draw and expell the heat as the car drives. What has Chrysler done with all of the left side rotors, or must I drive my car backwords to have the left rotors work properly?

:loser: Chrysler knows way more than Brembo or Baer about brakes!

Doesn't affect me, but thanks for the heads up! Quite a few guys have had their rotors changed and you're the first to point this out. I hope it's an isolated incident.

No, its not, they are the same. Whatever tiny gains that might be had from directionality are not worth making a different part. Brembo and other can lose millions from not matching what the other guys do, DCXs TSB fix doesnt have any sales to lose:)
