For HALO the navy gives standard (navy) jump wings? Didn't know that. Gotta love the extra $225 a month though
I officially got my ship date - Leaving to Lackland AFB 1 Oct 2013. Eglin AFB for EOD to follow. Jump School on contract as well. Should be a fun time.
Might be off a little but it's my understanding after completing 16 HALO jumps Navy personel are authorized to wear basic HALO wings.

5. HALO Parachute Jumper. A HALOparachute jumper is a member
of any rating or grade who meets the following requirements:
a. Is a qualified parachute jumper as defined in block
titled "Static-Line Parachute Jumper."

b. Successfully completes the prescribed program of
instruction while attending a formal, interservice training
facility including a minimum of 16 HALO jumps.
c. Be assigned or attached, under competent orders, to a
Navy organization whose mission includes the requirement for
frequent and regular participation in HALO operations or have as
part of their military duty the authorization to engage in P3
operations.
6. Requalification Procedures
a. Requalification procedures are to perform one or more
parachute jumps during any 3 consecutive calendar months, unless
prevented from doing so by
(1) limited duty status for medical reasons,
(2) military operations (including operations under
other than combat conditions), or
(3) absence of jump equipment or aircraft.
b. Wheneverconditions are such that the required jumps
cannot be made in every quarter, the minimum requirements may be
met by performing 4 static-line, free-fall, or HALO jumps during
a period of 12 consecutive calendar months, and such
requirements may be met any time during that period.
c. All officer and enlisted parachutist with an officer
designator or Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) associated with
a Navy community whose mission requires static-line, free-fall,
or HALO operations (i.e.; 1130/5326 SEAL, 1140/5337 EOD), should
maintain qualifications when assigned to shore or neutral
duties.

duty are found in DoD 7000.14-R, volume 7A, chapter 24.
