It's the opposite of functional.
Any speeds over 100mph make the front rattle to a point the whole front fascia want's to break off.
I cut mine up and used it for carbon fiber parts.

wow thats bad news....
check out the one ive made....at speeds of 75 and up the car squats the way it should...still in testing phase...but i can make it for other cars if you guys want...it looks badass! i need to paint it still tho....check it out...

yea i was goin for function....i can see the whole nascar look...but that whole nascar look only came out just recently off of road coarse cars....and the viper comp splitter does kinda look like that....i didnt really design it around any other cars...just kinda had a spare bumper sitting around that i played around with...thanks to my friends at Fabwerx....

Here is my R/K Splitter, before changing my front to the 300. I never had any front end noise on the freeway, but I don't go above 80! Just sitting in the garage now!
