Resent Posting Problems

I've been posting on the LXForums for 6-9 months, so whatever is happening has started lately.The first thing I noticed was that when I use a quote in my posts, there are extra characters at the beginning and the end, like this
. Also as of the last few days, none of the buttons work on the message page, like the one I'm using for this post/message. And this is what came up when I went to my signature page:'05 Midnight Blue Magnum R/T, Road & Track Wheels, JBA Exhaust, Hotchkis Suspension, JVC DVD
What did I do wrong? Or have there been any changes to the website?
