This thread is just to get a quick read on where Magnum owners install their after market amplifiers. After looking under the dash board and under the front seats I have come to the conclusion that most (if not all) of you Magnum owners are installing them in the rear of the car...

Please drop me a quick reply...I would appreciate it before I go and run a bunch of wires all over the car.

Mounted it in the foam storage thingie that comes in the SRT's (where the spare would go).

i believe a couple screws it might be held with a bracket of some sort i noticed it as well but didnt really examine it

Mine is in the False floor in the back with sticky velcro holding it in place and the Capacitor beside it held in the same way ..

Hasn't moved around at and and is easily moved when I want to for what ever reason without leaving holes etc in the floor tray.

With the false floor in place you'd never know they were there. And I still have full access to the spare area.

The Art of Noise (supporting vendor robbyho) box on the right was designed for a 10w7 and it sounds amazing. So good in fact that I ditched the JL box and haven't missed it.

actually i ran my rca wires from the Head unit through the middle underneath the console

just a few screws and bolts to take off and the entire middle console pulls up

I just got done wiring mine... I ran the rca's under the center console. I ran the speaker wires on each side of the car up in the headliner..

Sub floor is ideal

Its a very stable platfoprm and the material is pretty easy to work with. Its worked pretty well for me so far and this is the 3rd system in my Magnum. I ran all my speakker and RCA wires under the center console too. The only thing I ran down the passenger side was the remote wire.
