Found this on the Charger forums:

Basically it says to pull fuses 11,14, and 16, turn your key to start and the car will chime. Turn to start again, another chime. Better results than fuse 11 pull only!!

Anyone know if this is true? I can see pulling all the fuses for the PCM would reset it, but it kinda scares me to turn the key to 'Start'

I just went out and did this procedure and noticed absolutely no benefits.

fuse 11 is the only one that matters. fuses 14 & 16 are only powered up when PCM grounds ASD (auto shutdown) relay, which it can't do if fuse 11 is missing. not sure what turning key to start would accomplish since all power is removed from PCM. see this thread for additional info.
