Ok so I just got my power passenger seat repaired and I do not know if it supposed to be this way or not but the light in the middle of the dash near the hazards says the passenger airbag is off when no one is in the seat. It seems logical that it would do that but I just want to make sure since I had a recent repair.

By the way the seat on one side was not moving when I bought the car and I just got around to them fulfilling the due bill on it.

That is correct it should be off. I think it would be irritating if it stayed on all the time. Mine will say it for a few seconds after I start the car if I have something in the front seat like a 12 pack, but then it goes off and stays off.

u need to have ur seat re-calibrated bro

what big daddy said recalibrate. it just takes a few minutes at the dealer.

or if a buddy has a star scan you could save some money and do it yourself

Well seeing as they just did the fix on the seat and its not 100% then I am going to make them take care of it.
