It doesn't surprise me that people don't like me.....:blam: What surprises me is that people who would call themselves.... " Professionals" would speak in an open forum they way they are against me.

Yea I hear ya! I guess some people don't get that a car club is supposed to be just about fun. Some have heads the size of the moon (ok Ken has everyone beat there). Others want to make personal threats. It's an attitude that comes from leadership so that's very sad and a shame. It just amazes me how much people hate for no reason! I find it all very amusing because its just an indictment of their behavior. So the BS will continue on. But at least I have some thing to laugh at all season! I got 5 phone calls in the last few days from members telling me about every thing and I told them not to bother calling me about this stuff any more and to take it up with their own people. A new season is here and my only concern is that our Club have a good time and a great year. Their are a lot of good people out there but you always have a few bad apples so let them rot.

I'm trying to find where the comments were made but no luck. I need a link from someone in the know. Typical **** though. It's about having FUN and get together with the fellow car enthusiasts but some people seem to think it's about something else - pride, money, whatever. :roll: Sure takes a lot of fun out of things for me personally.

Please do not let this incident get out of hand here in the open forum. A discussion has already been had with the parties involved. This doesn't need to take a life of its own here. We shall conduct ourselves in a more professional manner.

I normally do not say anything about the BS that goes on but sometimes I can't beleive the things I read. What Dave and Greg said was totally uncalled for. Our customers are Tony & Maria not Dave and Greg. I will not or will never have to answer to either one of them, what my son does to his car or what we do on the weekend is none of their business and never will be. I pesonally spoke to Maria about this incident this morning. I think some poeple have ALOT of growing up to do!!! With everything that is going on in the world today I can't believe we all can't even get together at a car show and have a good time. As my mother told me growing up "If you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all". Maybe some of us should give it a try!!!!!!!!!

We (I) do not feel its a rivalry, just a few people go out of their way to start stuff. The vast majority of the members of both clubs are good folks. The threat was made to me via e-mail and I will deal with that person one on one, outside of a club event on my own time and business (and I can't wait). So I'm done with this. Some times you just have to answer people who attack you. Back to car cleaning!
