I've got my appointment booked with Ding's Auto in Vancouver, WA next week. Going to install a set of BC Coilovers. I can't wait to eliminate the fender gap and get my Charger to a lower stance.

Its got the police package and special service package so it handles pretty well, not much body roll.

But every time I see a pic in the forums in a signature or on a vendor site, all I noticed was the low stance and lack of any fender gap. Then I go out to drive to work and the first thing I notice is the fender gap on my car.

That all ends next week. I'm even putting off a fender repair (used purchase and came with fender damage) to get these installed.

im thinking at least 2" all the way around. For those who run BC what do you have yours set at?

Not the best pic, but here's my AWD on BC Racing Coilovers

Rear camber went to 3 degrees, front to 1.5 degrees. Got the rear corrected to 1.5 degrees with bushings.

No idea, didn't measure. I just know that I started at AWD height and I believe I'm a little lower than SRT. Any lower and I have to worry about bottoming out.

Wow, that's really high. Mine is down about 1.5" so zero gap if I put a straight edge from the top of the tire to the underside of the fender lip

That's what I had when i initially put them in. But I bottomed out everywhere so I couldn't leave it that low

Did the complete install by myself. Put the car up on jack stands on all 4 corners. Front is super easy. For the rear, remove the shock first. Then put a jack under the lower control arm, remove the inner bolt for the control arm (1 bolt). Lower the jack slowly as you take pressure off the spring. Then repeat but in reverse for putting the spring in. Make sure you put the bolt back in the other direction though, as the direction it is in from the factory you have to move the exhaust out of the way to get it out.

I can change the ride height in about 15 min now after the car is on jack stands. Not hard to do.

And yes, you will need an alignment after every time you change the height because the toe will change (at least on AWD). I would also recommend camber bushings, the rear camber on mine went to 3 degrees. The front only went to 1.5 degrees.

I went with the SPC bushings since that's all I could find for the AWD. Seems good enough to me so far. 2 bushings per side, have to press them in at the setting you want (I maxed them out since they were a 1.5 degree adjustment and I was at 3 degrees)

I'd highly recommend rolling the fenders. I did mine

Sure makes a difference in appearance and no more fender gaps.
So after a few months, how do you like the suspension? Is it still comfy for a daily driver? Handles well?
I'm currently waiting for my set to arrive.

Thanks for asking. I like the suspension, rides a bit firmer than the stock set up. Could use a slight ride height increase (<1") to help with speed bumps and such.

I'm getting what sounds like a pop or sharp sounding rebound in the rear. From what I've read in other threads it could be the rear shock mount bolt is loose. Since I paid a local shop for the install I'm tempted to take it back and have them check it out.

if it comes to it, I'll probably purchase replacement bolts for the rear .

I installed mine, don't have any issues, no clunking, popping and or squeaking.
First, I only installed the front, was too low and adjusted it to about 1/2" below factory and then installed the rear another day. The rear was lower than the front and then adjusted it to factory height. Got factory 18" wheels and going to wait to get 20" before I lower it. Right now just playing with the dampening settings and currently have it on 20 clicks from soft. Happy the rear is no longer bouncing around on the old worn factory shocks.
