I've started this new thread in hopes of getting some real feedback on my new proposed grille. I will be photochopping to order here, until we can get it right, then off to Mouldland once again....I guess I'm getting board. I took the shaker off of Coolvanilla's Magnum, not because I didn't like it ofcourse, just because I wanted you guys too see what it would like like without it, since most don't get the shaker, at first, anyway. Now please don't forget about the feedback

If you add back in the vertical crosspiece, and made both pieces thin enough not to be visually overpowering (and blend them like you did the real one), what you would have is a more muscular version of the factory look.

Once you see my grille after it's rigged up and then Ernieized at Avon you won't think it needs any changes.

See how the nice the charger grill looks from the side. I think it look better being able to see something as opposed to a large hole. Is that doable for the Mag, or not really based on the shap of the nose? Maybe it is just the pictures I saw and it is perspective. The pictures I saw of the first one you did, Not Cool Vanilla's looks like it is missing something from the side. Like I said, might just be the pictures not doing it justice.

Seems to me that it looks pretty much the same from the side. The Charger, having a wedge shaped front end, will naturally protrude more in the center than the flat fronted Magnum front end. The proposed horizontal bar, would be at the same exact forward position as the front edge of the center blade in the pic below.

Don't get wrong idea DV, I still love the original design, just trying to add other options for other tastes. Also It sure would be nice not to spend an hour:blam: hand cutting out by hand those 6 slots in the blade.

Not too bad Mo. I'm not sure I dig it being rounded out though.

Maybe the same as the original, but a hair taller, and maybe longer coming a bit further down towards the front of the hood?
