And yes, I know it's an oxymoron to be in all this and have a Jamaica tag on the front. You could say I'm used to it!
We got between 3 and 6 inches down here in NC! WOO-HOO!! NOPE. I didn't go test the ESP!

Are they even remotely prepared to deal with 6 inches of snow in North Carolina? I'm thinking this must be a near state of emergency...

Nice 60 degrees here, can't take that kind of snow, just the little dusting we get every once in awhile is OK.....

Stay warm

The answer? Yes and Yes! The state didn't do too badly this time IMHO. As usual, the secondary roads were not as clean as the mains and Interstates, but it wasn't bad. The big thing here is ICE. They clear most of it, then it refreezes ovrenight. NO matter where you are, it don't go away easy. It's supposed to be warmer tomorrow tho, so that should take of most of the issues.
A State of Emergency was declared yesterday. The other typical stuff? School closings, etc.

I close my eyes and think real hard of home. I just don't do it while I'm driving!
