I have a helmet... I use to bang my head alot as a kid so my Mom bought me one so i did not scramble my brain more that it was... Dome protection covered it is even R.E.T.A.R.D approved...anic:

I believe you don't need a jacket unless your quicker then 11.49. That was according to a Tech at Sacramento. Just wait till Rich gets the answer but you will probably be ok.
