My regular shop uses Simoniz Products - Diamond Cote Ceramic Coating in particular. A premier detailing shop in Western North Carolina uses Cilajet products. Finding out that 2+ year old black paint is time consuming/expensive to 'color correct' (swirls, fine scratches, etc.) and may not be worth the effort as the newer ceramic coat/graphene mixes tend to make the imperfections more noticeable? The second shop has offered to give me a free estimate/education on what it would take to do the job right and what I could expect/prices. Driving over next week - 220 mile round trip.
