09 challenger srt8, is there a flap thats supposed to be there like every other car has? Got car back from the performance shop a week ago then got a p0455. Underhood looks good, then saw this. Take the cap off and you get raw fuel smell.

I just checked the other 2 vehicles, 2014 chevy and 10 ram, both dont have it either. When did they stop that!

There goes my simple leak theory.

I've only seen the flappers on capless fuel systems, never on one with a cap.
