I know a few people that purchased the tails had issues with individual lights burning out... according to some vendors' websites, they are replacable. Does anybody have experience with replacing them? Do they come with a few extras or a part number, instructions, etc.? I really want to order a set this week, but I want to know how this issues is being addressed for the people that have had problems. Any input will be appreciated. :rock:

BTW. I haven't heard of anyone's tails going out. One of my replacement LED BACKUP LIGHTS failed, and I posted about this in the KB. Maybe that is what you are remembering.

There have been a few HID kits with problems, but they are few and far between.

No, a couple people had a LED burn out in the housing. FOG is replacing them free of charge as part of the 1-year warranty that comes on the new housings. Again, sorry about the confusion. I guess I still want to know if you can change an individual LED on these things... according to some sites (during a good hour of searching... not about to try to go find them again) you can change just one LED, but how?
