I love Apple and I love all the iPods, but no screen, no care.

My wife bought a black 2GB Nano a few months ago and is kicking herself now because at the time she was wishing they had pink ones.

I have an old 30GB model I love especially with the speakers, makes a nice portable DJ. But Rick has the older gum pack sized Shuffle and it works great for him. It was $149 for 1GB. These are $79 for the same capacity. I want one because of the size. Easy enough to switch songs out.

Now the only thing they need to do is allow for you to add in ANY PCI-Express videocard, and Apple will win over a lot of gaming enthusiasts. Apple made the right choice by essentially becoming "just another PC" in the hardware sense. Supporting Windows XP is also an awesome step forward. They are still sort of elitist and over priced, and I don't much like the company on the whole, but I like the new Apple computers, very nice.

Going back to the Shuffle, the first one sucked horribly - I'm glad to see they learned from their mistakes and made this one much, much better! Great price as well. Just install an open-source iPod upload/download tool (instead of iTunes) and enjoy it!
