Can you use the K&N filter cleaner on an Airaid filter? The composition of each is similar and I have the K&N stuff from a previous car. If not, I will just go out and get the Airaid cleaner.

My guess, its just some kind of spray on detergent anyway. My 2 cents. Probably Dawn would work as well.
