Is anyone running this intake? my 392 is running 6/7lbs. with procharger and would think it's better than the 6.4 intake

Honestly, about anything would be better than your 6.4 intake with the Procharger. A 6.1 intake works awesome and can be had for under $400.

I have a 6.1 intake with my procharger and it works great, but I have been wondering about the Holley intake myself

I have tried to find a 6.1 but about ever one I find they want 600 or more for it.....this intake is under 600 I think I'm going with it and 1000cc injectors.I have time off at christmas so that can be my project.....lol

Under positive pressure it will function similar to the 6.1 unit. Pressurized upstream air negates most, if not all of the advantages normally associated with NA functionality.
