Is there anyone in the Florida area that could help me build one for the 2.7L? Or a list of the stuff I need to order for the 2.7.

If it were me, I'd visit those web sites listed in the original announcement thread and, based on whatever it is you need, order from them.
If you can provide pictures off all the necessary areas on your engine I might be able to figure something out. Closeups of the manifold opening, measurements of its size, what path the intake takes from start to finish. Stuff like that.
