My car wont start. It has been pretty damn cold the past two days(-9 to +10) and today I noticed it wasnt starting like normal. It was like starting with low battery to where it almost didnt start.

Went to dinner for an hour and a half came back to make a beer run and it did it again. Car sat another hour or so and then when I went out to start it, it didnt even try to start/turn over. It was pretty much like a dead battery???? So I am confused to what the hell is going on.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it TONS!!!!! When I turned the key it just kept switching the radio/radar on and off a million times in a row.

I am pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks:banghead::blam:

Lots of us with '05 have already replaced the OE battery. I won't go into a fifth winter with ANY battery, just not good history there. If it is the original, it is most likely done.

I have very little faith in OEM batteries and I hate getting stuck in a winter storm at night. That's why I yank out the factory installed ones and replace with Yellow Top Optimas. Never let me down. Gives you confidence, when the Yellow Top has 150,000 miles and you get out of a movie at 10PM and it's -25F , and she fires right up.:)

Mine is getting weak, but it still cranks it over. I can tell it is getting weak. My hope is to get it to next fall and replace it then.

F- that...replace it now:) Or in a week or so you will be like..."OMG I was stuck out in the middle of nowhere all night" or..."It died on the freeway and I got shmacked by another car" Ya know why?
Cause thats how it goes.

Hmm. I think I should replace my battery as well.... heh... :)
