So I ordered this grille from Wood Dash Experts back in November (9th). Lund Vertical Framed Grille. At the same time I ordered my spoiler and sport pillars. Pillars and spoiler arrive, separately, so that's when I realize that they drop ship. I like cool no problem Grille should arrive later that day or at least in a couple of days. WRONG. Few days go by no grille. Give'em a call after being on hold for 20+ mins. costumer service no help, shipping department went home. I finally get the shipping department they tell grill on hold by Lund egineering problems with fitment. So I wait, NOTHING. I contact Lund directly, they say two weeks. Cool I wait, and call Wood Dash every week. A friend who ordered same grille has gotten it and installed. Here's the kicker I call yesterday and they give me a tracking number. Oh so excited, go to fedex, it the tracking number for the stuff I already got. So still waiting...........:banghead: :blam: anic:

Sorry to hear that, elee. That seems to be one of the most common complaints regarding so manyaftermarket vendors.....lack of outstanding customer support and/or service for the paying owners! Hang in there and be the squeaky wheel!

Made my payment on Dec. 9th. still nothing. Other people has gotten there's.

I've been patiently waiting. However, my patients is wearing thin. I've sent them an email yesterday. I will follow up with a called on Monday.

So I got shutdown hard this morning, apparently LUND said forget it decided not to ship any more grilles. Yea, Boo threw a little temper tantrum when I told her she wasn't getting that grille. But she brighten up when I told her I have a plan B.

I didn't want to do it but I'm a have to get another Vertical Grille and paint it. Otherwise the only other Vertical grilles I have found are T-rex which run about $400. I don't have that cash laying around for a grille.

Well, that's garbage, elee. I hope you didn't lose any $$ on this deal. You'll probably find something even better and will be glad it didn't work out.

Thanks, I have to order the grill, it will be black, I want it chrome. I went ot autozone to look at paints, but I'm more of a pay for quality rather than do it your selfer. I didn't purchase any paint.
