I saw this picture on another post, and thought this would fit my magnum scheme. What do you think; would these flames look good on a Magnum?
Its winter time soon and I thought this would be different. What's your opinion? (p.s. I stole this picture from some one)

I've got flames on mine, but they are outlines. Everybody loves 'em. I loke that flame scheme but it would definitely not be low-key.

Now, if you ghost-flamed the car maybe you'd have something there.

But I do like that car and look.

There is a black SXT that I saw driving around St. Louis Park last year that had a vinyl red/orange/yellow flame job from the front to the back. While I wouldn't do it, I thought it looked good. If you want it, DO IT!

I love the flames in that picture. Go big or go home... I say you need them, bad! Ghost flames are cool, but can go unnoticed. You paint 'er up like that, and DAMN! Just please, please, PLEASE, no vinyl, OK?

Flame away!
My intention was to add ghost flames on my Midnight Maggie, but the Mrs (can you believe this) said why pay for it to only be somewhat noticable. She would rather solid flames! Yea! However, I did show her the Magnum from this board with old school yellow flames, and she thought it little to bright.

I like the light blue on dark. We are thinking about purple (Metalic Plum?) flames. That should be just loud enough. What color is your car, for those of us would do not catalog these types of things. :p

Jax - who can now avoid the lurker greeting upon entering the forums.

Jax checks Bubba's sig, confirms operation of retinal color awareness function, smacks own forehead! Feel like using purple flames so I can see it?

It would definitely make your Magnum stand out. It's a bit too bold for my taste. I'd want to tone it down a bit. But, if it's what you want... go for it!

Cools Flames

I don't think the old school flames would work well with your wheels, ghost flames or pinstriped flames on the other hand work with everything.
You want some really cool flames, check out these.
yeah, yeah , I know it's a Vette but they looked sooo cool...Just highlights and shadows, very subtle...
