One of my coworkers was plowing the parking lot with the forklift this morning, and slid into another coworkers pickup. I'll try to get some pics of the damage, and post them up when I get home.

The Violator, Violated by snow.

The real casualty of the day, My BCLX decal!

It was a bit of a rough day, but coming home to this made everything better.

forklift plowing?
Yup. Our plant only makes about $25 million in PROFIT each year, so of course they won't spring to have someone come in and plow the lot properly. It makes WAY more sense to fabricate a plow that fits the front of the forklift, and pay an employee for twelve hours to pi$$ around getting the forklift stuck. The brilliance of some people is truly blinding! To make it worse, I've been there thirteen years, seen THREE different managers, FOUR different foremen, and a parade of other clowns that were "in charge", This situation has been pointed out EVERY snowfall, and still, they get some kid plowing in this manner every year. Is there some unwritten law that you have to be a moron to run our company?:panic:

Woo Hoo...I qualify to be your boss!!!!!:thumbs_u:
Lmao. Everytime one of the guys on the shop does something patently stupid, we tell them that they're management material. It's quite funny when you get a new guy beaming with pride over their own mistakes. Usually right before we send them looking for a left handed metric crescent wrench, or a bucket of compressed air. :blam:

Friday night last week, i saw a casualty pre snow but probably due to the cold. Looked like a 08 Dodge Viper ( dont know why you'd have a viper out when its this damn cold ) was flying down hastings, something happened and he bounced off a couple trees by the driving range, left his front suspension and wheel about 100ft away, his front bumper somewhere else. I tried to snap a pic but it didnt come out too good cause i was on the other side of the street.

When I worked at Boston Pizza we used to send the new guys next door to Red Robins to ask if we could borrow some Ice Mix.

Once the guys over there filled a bucket to the brim (with Water of course) but told him to be very careful not to spill any because Ice Mix was highly corrosive. Took him 10 minutes to walk a hundred feet...lol.

Thanx Bobbi. It being a rough day had nothing to do with the decal, I actually don't mind that, it's the fact that anybody that knows anything is on vacation, and I'm left at work with all the n00bs.
