Nathan those tires 315/35/17 and setup on a 17 X 9 works great .

I have the same setup now and I actually think it hooks better then the 275s.

James u actually have 9.5 rims on urs.. also if u dont have a wider rim lke a 10"+ then u actually dont have all of the footprint on the ground which will cause premature wear on the tire.
Those are perfect for you Monty !!

1. running these tires at 15 psi makes the footprint very big ... THAT IS THE FREAKING POINT OF RUNNING A DRAG RADIAL ISN'T IT.

2. Premature wear....seriously, on a DR...what do you plan on trying to make them last 60,000 miles :)

 see, I am not an a$$...yall just ask for it.
hey Nathan did you have to modify the rim at all to fit the LX??
SO... makin' a pit-stop in florida any time soon??
/\ /\ /\ We have a nice new track for you to try out that Supercharger

I hear ya Nathan.... some knucklehead (Jason) who borrows the tires cause he didn't have the forsight to check his own prior to heading down the track thought he would be smarter and put more air into the tire 22lbs instead of the orginal 18psi the OWNER of the tire had it at.

Then has the nerve to make a comment about footprint on the ground and premature wear.... sheesh

JAmes look at the fastest times recorded.. then look at the tire pressure they were running.! Ur a joke man.. maybe thats whyur name is ujokin huh? :Na_Na_Na_Na:
I believe it say's on the Hoosier web site you can use 9"-11" rim for these tires, Nathan do they clear everything without using spacers on a stock rear setup?

No mods to the wheels, I don't even run the hub ring on them (only cause I lost one over a year ago but hey...it happens)
Yeah they clear, don't hit the rear sways or anything.

These have been spoken for by Jason....thanks for the interest.

Sold.... maybe :)
