I thought I'd try to make a different kind of burger.
2lbs ground beef
1 packet of Liptons onion soup
1 diced large bell pepper (I chose orange for this mix)
epper:
3 eggs
2 Cups minute rice
1/2 cup water
In a large glass bowl, mix (mush) all ingredients with hands.
Take some mix and form into a ball, then flatten to make a burger.
These burgers do NOT shrink!
