Does this car have DRL because after my car got stolen i got it back and everytime I turn my car on the lights automatically come on by their selves. If so is there a way to deactivate this?

Thats a first...Not the DRLs, that can be deactivated by the dealer (or a starscan)...but the fact that the thieves activated em, guess they are safe and cautious :wink:

Are you sure that they're DRLs and not your low beams coming on due to auto headlight malfunction (like the sensor covered)?

if it's your high beams comming on at a lower wattage then it is DRLs. Anything else (low beams, fog lamps, etc.) not DRLs.

I was carjacked to the 1st question! But to the second and third i just thought that they were DRL's because of the sensor or whatever that is on my dash that looks like an day/night sensor. I think that it could be an malfunction because the low beams stay on as soon as the car is started and the hi beams work but only when pushed to the back and the fogs.......what fogs lol!!

I don't know if the magnums have this, but in my 300 I was having similar trouble. It turned out that I had the lights set to "on with wipers" and wiper switch was one click from off. Everytime I turned the car on it thought the wipers were running and turned the headlights on.
