I have a Diablosport Predator u7135 for sale. It is virtually brand new. I had the dealer put a 93 Octane tune on my 2006 Charger 5,7 Hemi. Since then it has never been used. It is in the original box with all the original pieces as bought from Diablosport. I am willing to ship for a small shipping charge.
I was not aware of any dealer tunes for 93 Octane.
If the Diablo tune was loaded and then not removed before the dealer installed the current tune then you might not be able unmarry it from the car and then the tuner would have to be unlocked from Diablo which has a fee associated with it as others have pointed out.

In that case you should not sell it for 2 reasons.
1- the next owner will not be able to use it as it is locked to your car now. They would have to send it back to Diablo and pay to have it unlocked.
2- let’s say you have to take the car to the dealer again in the future. If they end flashing your pcm for any reason you will lose your 93 tune and will not be able to reload it because the tuner thinks it already loaded the tune. If I understand how they work. Then you would have to send it to Diablo to be unlocked for a fee.
