Hey everyone, I finally got a vid of my exhaust at last Friday's NOVA Car Meet, courtesy of wbornio. Thanks Wayne! Everyone absolutely LOVED the sound. Even at the stoplight while leaving the meet, a guy in a Mustang commented on how great it sounded.

This is Airaid CAI, Dynatech SuperMaxx LT Headers with high flow cats and the 5.7 CORSA cat-back. Not a full range of sounds and the sound in park isn't NEARLY as powerful as when in drive, but it's something!

At this link you can compare mine with JWEEZEY's Daytona and the Borla. He's got HUGE tips on the exhaust. It's a more mellow sound. Both clips made by wbornio on the same camera back to back.

Yeah, the Corsa's have a nice bark to them, but they don't drone and they're not loud...

My car was off for a long time when i done my reving...my car is quiet when its been off for a while...

Mine has a TOTALLY different sound then normal exhaust thats why i like it...every knows when im coming in my county, cuz my exhaust is the only that sounds like that...i had a video of my exhaust a while ago, thousands of people saw that...and that thing rumbled your computer, mostly with you bass up...im goin to make a better one soon...

Jweezy...ps...its all about taste...i looked around alot for exhaust and found borla was more me...cosra do sound good tho...

on our way out i heard you stomp it...

did you hear me chirp going into 2nd...i love it...people at the car shows think my car is faster than wut it really is when it does that...

Yeah, I heard you chirp em...(nice, btw) and my daughter was all "Dad...you do it too!" I told her that if I did, I'd get banned from the meet! Too much smoke and rubber! lol....

Def has a different sound. Yours sounded more mellow than mine that night. Not better or worse, just more mellow. I'd LOVe to hear yours letting loose! Those 5" cans have GOT to sound serious!!

How loud is it when you are cursing around town?

I am looking for am exhaust system that could pass for stock at startup/idle and cursing around town, but sounds like the world is coming to an end at WOT.

I would love to see some more clips of your cars if you have'em? :grin:

No more clips yet....will make some to be sure! You described my car EXACTLY! If you want nice quiet idle, nice cruise and a screaming freak out at WOT, go with the setup I have!

Last night cruising home at about 50 mph, had the stereo at 8. Yes I said 8 and I could still hear it clearly!

I'll bet it's the headers I have and those big cans you have. They're going to reduce the velocity of the exhaust and mellow the sound a bit. Same power, but different sound.
