Anyone heard any further information relating to the Continental Tire class action lawsuit? According to what was sent out to us in the mail it was supposed to go to court in October '08. I haven't heard any additional info. since filling out the papers and mailing them in. I tried searching the forum and google but didn't see any info on what was going on with the class action suit.

I thought the decision was supposed to be final around 2012. I may be wrong but I think we have a while to wait.
