After camping with the family this weekend I have to share the "Blue flame special" with my friends here!
Sitting around the campfire ( in a Truck rim)
We changed the flames from orange to blue and green!
Simply take a 3" piece of copper pipe, fold over one end, and drill many "vent" holes in the pipe,Add as much garden hose as you can stuff in the pipe!
Then toss it in the fire that has a good bed of coals and enjoy the" blue flame special" lasts usually 45minutes to 1.5 hours Really cool !
If you are at a campground it's funny to see the people walk buy and talk about the fire!
We had marshmellows and katchup handy and the kids told some other courous kids that the katchup and marchmellows made it blue!
So what did we see ,but the kids going towards another fire armed with katchup and a bag of marshmellows!
After it was "Our dad said you guys put a pipe in the fire"
Old news no dought, but still cool!
