Black SRT-8 Charger spotted in Jax

I saw a very nice black SRT-8 Charger with tinted windows coming off the Acosta bridge into downtown Jax, around 7:30 AM EST this morning (7/28/06). Was it anyone here? It is the first black SRT-8 I've seen in Jax that wasn't on a dealership lot.
