I need to do something with the brakes (bad shimmy under braking from warped rotor). So i would like to get some slotted rotors but keep the stock calipers and upgrade the pads to EBC, as well as the fluid and maybe ad SS lines.

Does anyone know if the SRT rotors will fit as an upgrade?

Im trying to keep this cheap for now, so big brake kits are out of the question.

Well, if you want to keep it cheap for now... Once you get the slotted rotors, better pads and fluid and SS lines, I don't think your going to need bigger calipers! I think you'll be getting vastly improved performance out of what you have! Do you run road courses or something where you need massive brakes?

I ran at Mid Ohio last year with this setup: EBC YellowStuff pads, Wilwood 570 fluid, stock rotors and calipers. I had NO problems with the brakes at all. I could have easily run a lot harder than I did, but wanted to take it "kind of" easy for my first time out on a course. (The AWD SXT comes with the R/T brake system.)

Keep us posted! :)

Thats basically the set up im leaning towards going with, just wanted to make sure im not over looking something.

I will from time to time be running it on road courses.

Did you upgrade your rear pads with EBC as well, or leave the rears stock?

I went with EBC Yellow's on all 4 corners. They're dusty, and occasionally noisy, but they worked great for autocross and the road course! They'll be going back on the car around the end of March! (Gotta bleed the brakes then, too!)
